Our firm focuses on clients who seek assistance in tax planning and the preparation of annual income tax returns. The Firm intends to continue its increasing specialization in non-profit organization services. In addition, the Firm devotes more and more attention to individualized consulting engagements, particularly dealing with business financial and strategic planning and non-profit organizational governance.
The Firm prides itself on its integrity and its ability to maintain superior professional client relationships. All matters are handled in a manner that respects the dignity of its clients and that demands a reciprocal measure of integrity and respect. Therefore, there are very few disputes that cannot be resolved through a simple phone call and conversation. All client relationships and client matters are kept confidential. John attempts to distill all engagements to a written engagement letter, prior to beginning work. Therefore, engagement surprises are few and far between.
John R Haeck, CPA established the Firm in 1993, after having spent 10 years as a consultant for two world-wide CPA firms, Arthur Andersen & Co. and Price Waterhouse. John also served as an information systems department manager for a Fortune 500 gas pipeline company and the chief financial officer for a not-for-profit organization that licensed a professional designation and regulated its use. John joined a 10 person CPA firm as one of three partners before beginning his own practice. Although the Firm has employed multiple professionals in the past, John decided to practice solo several years ago, thereby enabling him to fully control the professional quality of service results and to simplify his focus on client service rather than splitting time managing staff.
